The quote form asks for your name, contact details, property information and cleaning needs so Springfield One Stop Clean Inc. can respond to your request. Avoid including access codes, financial information or other sensitive details.

Quote requests

Requests are sent through the Google Apps Script destination used by SOSClean’s existing website. Information provided may be handled by Google as part of that service. Contact SOSClean directly if you prefer to discuss the property by phone.

Cleaning partner applications

When online intake is enabled, partner questionnaire answers are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google spreadsheet for SOSClean to review. Google processes this information as part of those services. If you use the email fallback, you review and send the application to contact@sosclean.info; preparing an email alone does not submit it. SOSClean uses the information you send to assess a potential business relationship and arrange a callback. Do not include Social Security numbers, tax IDs, banking details, identity documents or access codes. Any later document review is arranged separately. Questionnaire details are not included in website analytics events.

Website measurement

On sosclean.info, this website uses the business’s existing Google Analytics configuration to measure visits and actions such as clicks on contact links. The quote form’s personal details are not included in the analytics events created by this website.
