01 / Plan the work
Tell us whether you need a rough clean, final clean or touch-up visit. We confirm the project condition, release dates, finished surfaces, access and cleaning phase before committing a price or schedule.
02 / Plan the work
Final cleaning works best once dust-producing work is complete. Phased turnovers and separate visits can be arranged in the scope. Recleaning caused by returning trades is additional work rather than an unlimited part of the original clean.
03 / Plan the work
Heavy paint, adhesive, mortar or grout residue needs a separate assessment before removal. Hazardous-material remediation, high-access work and bulk construction debris are outside the standard scope. We confirm methods and limits during the walkthrough.

Either can be discussed. Each cleaning phase and mobilization is listed separately so the contractor knows what is included.
Not in the standard scope. Identify any exterior or elevated glass at the walkthrough so access and suitability can be assessed.
The address, project type, cleanable areas, surface types, current photos or a walkthrough, desired phase and turnover date. Utilities and safe access also need to be confirmed.
