If we move forward, we agree on a paid trial’s scope and compensation. Approval follows the review; future offers depend on customer demand and fit.

Is this remote work?
The coordination is remote, but cleaning is performed in person at customers’ homes and properties. You need to be able to serve the locations you list.
Is this an employee job application?
This page is for proposed independent business partnerships. The working arrangement must support independent-contractor status; a 1099 form or agreement alone does not establish it. We review the relationship before proceeding.
How much will I earn?
There is no guaranteed income or fixed volume of jobs. Scope, proposed compensation and payment terms are reviewed before you accept each opportunity.
What happens after I send the questionnaire?
SOSClean reviews your answers and contacts suitable applicants for a conversation. Insurance, references, agreements and any paid trial are reviewed before approval. Sending this form does not activate portal access.
Should I email my W-9 or identity documents now?
No. The initial application only needs the details requested above. We arrange the appropriate document collection separately if we proceed.
